How to order

We sell worldwide. The only way to order is Online. 

The only Paying Method avaiable is PayPal

Orders placed before 5.00 pm are usually dispatched the same day, our working days are from
Tuesday from Saturday,so orders comming from Saturday afternoon will be only dispatched 
on Tuesday morning.


When placing your order if you have any doubts or questions about the item you want to 
purchase, please send us an email and will be happy to answer you.

If you have any doubts please contact us by email, any relavant questions about, sizes, fabric 
or any other, please feel free to contact us.
Quite sometimes we even advice,  as we are used to the labels.
Al sizes are in European but we offer you an All Size Guide where,  label by label you can find all 
manufacturers measures.

Even after submiting your order you can email us with any question or note you find vital to 
your order.


RETURNS

To make sure you are totally happy with your order, you are welcome to send back any items 
for any reason. 
As long as the item is in a saleable condition (including all tags and packaging), we will be 
happy to exchange for another size, another item or just to refund your money.

Returns must be done 7 working days after receiving your order. In your account you must 
note down the reason of your return, and if you want an exchange, to be refunded or a credit 
note.

If its an exchange Please make sure you include the reeplacement, name and address and any 
other necessary information.



You will need to pay postage to return goods to us, only when an item is returned faulty we will 
refund all reasonable postage costs.


Please note that items returned to us are the sender's responsibility and we cannot be held 
accountable for losses of inbound post. 
In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery. 
If you are sending goods without a tracking service, please ensure you obtain a certificate of 
posting at your Post Office.

After doing it please send us the tracking number so that we can follow all process to make 
sure all goes well.

As soon your package arrives your Return/Refund process will be faster. 

Please be aware that we are unable to refund certain items due to hygiene reasons. 
These include all underwear, bikinis, accessories such as earings and make up. 
Please be absolutely sure that you have selected the right item before placing your order.
