How to order

We sell worldwide.


The only way to order is online. The only paying method available is PAYPAL. Orders placed before 4.00 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Our working days are from Tuesdays to Saturdays, so orders placed Saturday afternoon will only be dispatched on Tuesday morning.

When placing your order, if you have any doubts or questions about the item you want to purchase, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to reply to you.

Doubts about my size
If you have any doubts, please contact us by e-mail. Any relevant questions about sizes, fabrics
or of any other kind, feel free to contact us.

We can often give you advice, as we have knowledge of the characteristics of each brand.

All sizes are in European numbers but we offer you an All Size Guide where, label by label, you can
find all manufacturers´measures. Even after submitting your order you can e-mail us with any question or note you find of importance
regarding your order.
Returns

To make sure you are happy with your order, you are welcome to send back any item you want.
As long as the item is in a saleable condition (including all tags and packaging), we will be happy
to exchange it
for another size, another item or simply refund your money. Returns must be made 7 (seven) working days after receiving your order. In your account you must
state the
reason of your return and if you want an exchange, a refund or a credit note. In case of an exchange, please make sure you inform us about the new item you wish to acquire,
naming its reference, size, colour and other necessary information.
You will need to pay postage to return goods to us. Only
when an item is returned faulty will we
refund all reasonable postage costs.
Please note that items returned to us are the sender's responsibility.
Androm can not be held accountable for losses of inbound post.
In order to minimize loss,
We advise all customers to make returns via recorded delivery. If you are sending goods without
a tracking service,
please ensure you obtain a certificate of postage at your local Post-Offices. After this, please send us the tracking number so we can follow the process in order to make sure
everything happens accordingly and to ensure a safe buying experience.
As soon as your package arrives, your return/refund process will be promptly performed.
Please be aware that we are unable to refund certain items due to hygiene reasons.
These include all underwear, bikinis and accessories
such as earings and make up.
Please be absolutely sure that you have selected the right item before placing your order.
